On Thursday, Jeff Davison and supporters gathered at Scotman’s Hill to announce Davison’s intention to run for Mayor of Calgary.
The election is set to take place in Fall of 2025, but Davison says there is no time to spare in restoring vision and leadership in our City:
Davison says he’s hearing from Calgarians across the City that their interests aren’t being represented by the current Mayor and Council and important action is needed.

About Jeff Davison
Biography:
Jeff Davison serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Prostate Cancer Centre, an Alberta-based health charity dedicated to providing wrap-around clinical support, education, and resources to help men navigate the complex world of prostate cancer and empower them to make informed decisions about their health and wellness with pre- and post-surgery care options.
Jeff has spent over twenty years with publicly traded companies in the energy, technology and creative services sectors and was elected to Calgary City Council from 2017 -2021. Jeff Davison is currently on the University of Calgary Board of Governors and Senate and previously served on the Board of Directors for Calgary Municipal Land Corporation, Calgary Economic Development, and the Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund. He received a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from the University of Calgary in 2003. Jeff Davison also attended Cornell in 2017 for its Strategy Program in Marketing.
